In furtherance of the said order dated 23.05.2022, a recovery certificate was issued dated 08.07.2025. Since the payment was not made in pursuance of the order dated 23.05.2022, hence, the home buyers moved an application to the RERA seeking compliance of its order. 14. It is at this stage that the petitioner company moved an application for rectification of the recovery certificate. As per the petitioner company, the period for which interest was mentioned and calculated and indicated in the recovery certificate was incorrect, hence it required the RERA to recall/recalculate/rectify the recovery certificate.
