The appellants – husband and wife – are the owners of the land.  On 23.5.2012, there was unregistered joint development agreement and on the same GPA was executed by the accused.  The complainant had given refundable security of Rs.3 crores to the accused.

However, the Authority rejected the permission for development.

Thereafter, the accused had cancelled the GPA and sold the land to another person in 2018.
