The discussion in the impugned order does not address the issue of bar of jurisdiction under Section 79 by addressing the aspect as to whether the authorities under RERA Act are competent to decide the lis brought before the Civil Court.

There is no discussion as to whether the relationship between the Plaintiffs and Defendants constitute a promoter-allottee relationship, whether the provisions of RERA Act provide a remedy for the grievances raised by the Plaintiffs, and whether there is an absolute bar to the jurisdiction of the Civil Court qua the subject matter of the dispute.
