National Online Quiz on IBC – first of its kind

Interesting – National Online Quiz on IBC from 1st to 31st July 2023 – Paramount object to create awareness promote deeper understanding of the Code among all the stake holders for its best use.

The prizes are – Rs.1 lakh, Rs.50,000 and Rs.25,000.   Top 10% performers shall be given “Certificate of Merit”

To my mind, it is first of its kind to engage all the citizens to create awareness and promote understanding of Insolvency Law and the Code.

 Awareness of a legislation amongst the citizens is as important as its enactment.  Else the objects and the provisions of legislations remain in the cupboards.  

Creating awareness is akin to empowerment of citizens.

Let us hope, all other Regulators  including TRAI, SEBI and IRDAI will also follow the IBBI so that the disputes between the stake holders are reduced and ultimately, dockets of the courts.
