Original Deputation Order of the Applicant – Tahsildar for three years vide order dated 12.9.2024 was cancelled unilaterally vide order dated 26.2.2026.

The unilateral revision from the deputation post without giving three months notice and without complying with Appendix‑II of Rule 40 of the Maharashtra Civil Services (Joining Time, Foreign Service and Payments during Suspension, Dismissal and Removal) Rules, 1981, and the GAD GRs of 2016 & 2018, is illegal.
