NLU Delhi launches Joint Masters in IP Law and Management (msn.com)

To my mind, this is first of its kind in the country – LLM in IP Law and Management and that in association with the Government of India, WIPO, Indian IP Office and DPIIT of Ministry of Commerce.   This will go a long way in development of IP Law in the country for the overall benefit of law students and the stake holders.  Kudos to the decision makers for innovative tripartite MOU.
