Section 125 Cr PC – Interest on Maintenance & Arrears

Initially maintenance was granted to the wife and son.   In 2021, application for enhancement of maintenance was filed.   This was allowed. 

The petitioner -husband has challenged the said order of enhancement of maintenance.

The salutary observations of the Hon’ble Court to consider grant of interest on the amount of maintenance.
