Exemption of toll tax for passenger vehicles on Mumbai Pune Expressway, Atal Setu and Samruddhi Mahamarg.

 Clause 4.4 (d) Charging facilities require every new building shall allocate at least one dedicated community electric vehicle charging point and

 (e)    existing housing societies shall allocate shared electric vehicle charge spaces subject to approval by at least 50% of the housing society members with the management ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

 Clause 4.4 [c] For existing commercial buildings with shared parking spaces, 20% of the parking spaces must have operational charging stations.
