Development Plan – Acquisition – TDR in lieu of compensation
The land of the petitioner has been impacted by 24 meters D.P. Road. The Corporation acquired an area of 5200 sq.mts for proposed the said road (Awasthi Nagar to Borgaon Chowk) under IRDP Scheme.
By the communication dated 2.8.2021, the petitioner was informed that in lieu of surrender of the land and compensation, the petitioner would be given TDR. Development Rights Certificates were issued in favour of the petitioner in the years 2017, 2018 and 2020.
However, by the communication dated 5.12.2024, the request of the petitioner for TDR was rejected.
Clause 11.2.4 (e) of the UDCPR ensures compliance of commitment of granting TDR / DRC in the past.
