SRA Redevelopment – Height Clearance by the Airports Authority – Important Judgment dated 17.2.2025 of the Bombay High Court.

On 11.7.2016, the revised height clearance of 84.92 meters subject to the undertaking 1E by the petitioners was given. On 31.8.2016, the petitioner nos.2 and 3 were informed to re-submit the said undertaking 1E since the name of signatory remained to be stated in the earlier undertaking and the addresses of the witnesses were not given. This compliance had remained pending.

From 2020 to 2023, in all 15 permissions were given by the SRA and other authorities.

On 6.6.2023, the petitioner no.2 was informed that revised NOC cannot be given as considerable time has lapsed and its case is to be re-assessed as per the new Rules in vogue.
