Arbitrability and Dispute of Infringement of Copyright

The objection of the respondents to the appointment of arbitrator in the case of infringement of copyright is non-arbitrable is overruled. 

The High Court HELD that it did not find in the judgment of the Supreme Court in Vidya Drolia that the dispute relating to infringement of copyright is non-arbitrable.
