TPA Health Insurance – Non-renewal of Registration

Deficiencies in complying with the provisions of IRDAI (TPA-Health Services) Regulations 2016

Anmol TPA was given the Certificate of Registration on 27.10.2005 and renewed till 26.10.2023.

On examination of renewal application dated 22.9.2023, it was found that the TPA did not comply with Minimum Business Requirements stipulated under Annexure 11 of the Circular dated 3.6.2020 read with Regulations 15 & 16 of the Regulations, 2016.   As a result, the registration could not be renewed.
