Internship opportunities to the students -salutary decision of the welfare Government of Maharashtra in right earnest to create platlform in the college vide recent Government Resolution dated 5.2.2024 in the interests of thousand of students

Kudos to the Government of Maharashtra – To my mind it is first of kind in the country.   Even the Department of Government like Ministry of Law and Justice has come forward to give internship to the law students.    It is mutually beneficial for both the students, department and create experience / awareness / gain knowledge.

It is well known that the National Education Policy 2020 provided for guidelines to be framed for providing internship opportunities to the students of higher education for experience and to create opportunities of employment and the industry.

It is also well that thousands of students and in particular law students run from pillar to post in search of internship with the Senior Advocates and Law Firms since it gives them invaluable and indepth first hand experience of judiciary working, law and intricacies law in addition to attending the court hearings.    Now this GR has created a platform and internship cell for coordination with the industry / organisations and the students.
