Ideal Fine Arts Society runs two institutions namely; Ideal Institute started in 1965 and later on set up Arts College in 1985-86. The employees strength of both the institutions is 8 and 18, respectively.
HELD from the material on record and settled position of law, it was seen that there is financial integrity between the society of the appellant as well as the Ideal institute as the society has advanced funds to the institutes. Both the funds are functioning in the same premises.
