Arbitrator Fees – separately for the claim and separately for each counter claim in the dispute – Notification 31.10.2023 of the Bombay High Court

Notification dated 31.10.2023 – Arbitrator’s fees – Important Amendments to Fees payable to the Arbitrators / Arbitrator Tribunal appointed by the Bombay High Court.  Now, the Arbitrator will be entitled to charge fees separately for the claim and separately for each counter-claim filed.  Secondly, the ceiling on fees in the Schedule will apply separately to the claim and separately to each counter-claim filed. noticebom20231104173030.pdf (bombayhighcourt.nic.in)
