SEBI’s recent adoption of ODR and SBI Complaint Redressal System
Article and analysis on introduction of SEBI’s adoption of ODR portal for complaint redressal mechanism vide SEBI (ADR Mechanism) (Amendment) Regulations, 2023, its scope, conciliation, arbitration, enforcement and the thoughts of the distinguished authors. To my mind, the analysis will go a long way to guide the stake holders in the implementation of ODR portal. As rightly said, the ODR portal will benefit the grievance redressal mechanism if the stake holders use the process in good faith to settle their differences.
