Mediation is ventilation of human feelings. It is a process to resolve human conflicts.   Mediation is democracy in action.   Where people do justice among themselves.   Mediators are healers.  Peacemakers.  Mediation provides balance to human wounds.  Mediation helps in rehabilitation.   The Act of 2023 encompasses pre-litigation and litigation mediation – Online Mediation, Community Mediation. Conciliation.

The appeal of the distinguished Author needs consideration and implementation – “The Act, 2023, should be implemented more in spirit than in form.   Let us not forget that it is the spirit and not the form which keeps justice alive. “

There is urgent need of a handbook on Mediation and its fundamentals.

The Government itself must work out ways and means to settle its disputes through the medium of mediation.   Mediation Centers must be set up in different government departments to reduce 40% of the government litigation.

Chief Justice Warren Burger urged American Bar to explore mediation for acceptable result in the shortest possible time.   Mediation became a way of life in America.   The court room trial became the last resort.
