Order No. 63 of 2024 provides for submission of allotment letter and agreement of sale at the time of registration of a real estate project with new Clause 15A
New Clause 15A provides that all amounts payable remuneration / fees / charges for services / commission / brokerage to the said Registered Real Estate Agent, shall be paid by the Promoter / allottee / both, as the case may be, in accordance with the agreed terms of payment.
Now it is mandatory to mention brokerage amount to be paid to the real estate agents in the agreement of sale.
