Scheduled Tribe – Remission of Court fees in Civil and Criminal cases – Cabinet decision of 25.2.2024
The Government of Maharashtra has taken the salutary decision in its Cabinet Meeting held on 25.2.2024 to exempt the Scheduled Tribes from payment of court fees on the civil and criminal cases filed in the Courts in the State of Maharashtra.
