Coaching Centre Guidelines of 2024 – Registration – Important Conditions

Guideline No. 6 No Coaching centre shall –

1. Engage tutors only of graduate and above qualifications
2. Not give misleading promises or guarantee of rank or good marks
3. Enrol students below 16 years or only aftrer secondary school
4. Not to publish misleading advertisement
5. Provide minimum space requirement per student
6. Not to hire tutor or person convicted for offence involving moral turpitude
7. Not be registered unless it has counselling system
8. Coaching Centre shall have website giving details of qualifications of tutors, courses, duration, hostel facilities and the fees, easy exist policy, fee refund policy, number of students taken and number of students finally succeeded in getting admission in Higher Education Institutions.
