The Government Resolution dated 11.9.2023 (202309081703322629.pdf (maharashtra.gov.in) to appoint Consultant E-Rickshaw in Pune district to address imperative need to reduce pollution and for clean sustainable transportation will go a long way and unfold mani-fold benefits not only to generate employment, clean pollution free at low cost transportation but also to reduce burden of fuel on the users of Rickshaw.    Let us hope that such a salutary decision and E-rickshaw on a large scale is implemented in Pune District and followed in other Districts, sooner the better.
