Organisational codes for country-wide institutional litigants for automating electronic services in the judicial process
The High Court of Bombay has introduced organisational codes for country-wide institutional codes for automating electronic services in the judicial process. Many salutary benefits are delineated in the Circular dated 19.8.2023 including on new filing in Maharashtra an alert to the concerned department of Government of India or Maharashtra or institution anywhere in the country is sent and it can be located with the associated bailiff. The list of 45,000 entities so far identified and given codes is given with the said Circular.
